2. Structural engineering. Custom frame sections engineered specifically for your truck’s make, model, and specifications. This is the part that separates a real conversion from the DIY-kit versions you’ll see online — proper engineering of the shortened frame is what preserves structural integrity long-term.

3. Disassembly and fabrication. Bed carefully removed. Frame methodically disassembled. Custom sections precision-welded with OEM-grade materials. Driveshaft shortened to spec. Brake and fuel lines rerouted.

4. Assembly, paint, and certification. Frame reassembled with precision alignment. Suspension updated. Paint applied. Full safety certification completed. Every finished truck leaves the shop with structural documentation and our 5-year warranty on the structural work.
